A former collegiate gymnast, Arianna Luther is a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami. Arianna serves as the strength and conditioning coach for the women’s soccer, swimming and diving, and rowing programs.
An integral member of Spellman Performance, Cici Murray has been making waves as one of the premier coaches in the sports performance industry. She has worked with hundreds of athletes including some of the top NFL, Olympic, and MLB athletes as a speed and sports performance specialist over the last 3 years.
